Kids Summer Classes.

FIT KIDS

Are you looking to keep your elementary aged kids active this summer? Try our Fit Kids Class. Your children will be having fun, learning new skills and new games all while making friends and getting their energy out! There will be a break to work on a craft and have a snack during class too! Ages 5-12, we need at least 5 to sign up in order to run the class.

9:30 a.m - 11:00 a.m. Tuesday and Thursdays. $72 for a two week session.

Dates for the sessions are as follows: Session 1 - June 17-June 27. Session 2 - July21-Aug 1. Session 3 - Aug 6-Aug 15.

TEEN LIFTING

Whether your Child is in between sports seasons or just looking to pick up some new skills, this is a great opportunity! We have experienced coaches to train your athlete how to stay safe and use correct technique while lifting weights. There will also be a cardio conditioning work out each day! There will be a healthy snack provided as well as a brief lesson on the importance of good nutrition. We must have at lease 5 Students to run the class

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. $72 for a two week session.
